If you are sitting on the terrace of your stunning Portugeuse apartment what would be your chosen view
We have all dreamed of that beautiful overseas home, and imagined ourselves chilling out in the sunshine with an ice cold beer and great views.
This is another great view that most wouldn't expect to see. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a prestigious F1 approved race track that was completed in 2008. Le Mans, Superbikes and many other motor sport tours now have their home at the track.
So imagine looking out from your terrace or balcony with that ice cold beer and watching the Le Mans series. Fantastic!

Commercial property
Millionaire Investments has seen a huge increase over the past two months in UK commercial property investment. Some are predicting the creation of another small bubble that is waiting to burst, but we beg to differ.
Commercial property has always been the steadiest market, and although the global recession has reduced prices, yields are on the up. Investors are looking for high yields and stable tenancy as the two main factors within their decision to invest.
MI now sees over a dozen new opportunities every day with yields on commercial from 5% to as much as 14%. Risk against return is priority in this market, and yes some will get fingers burnt if they do not do the due diligence. The investors we have come across are certainly shrewd in their dealings, but the market has turned slightly in the sellers advantage, so this is the time for caution.
As typical with any investment, it is about understanding the opportunity and doing the research. Commercials can be an unknown quantity and valuations are fluctuating more than most would like, so caution is at the top of the agenda in this market, but to suggest a new bubble is being created and about to burst would be premature.

Millionaire Investments launches Hotel Marina Caribe
It has been an exciting week for the team at www.millionaire-investments.com. We have launched the first of our SIPP products from the private membership portal.
Hotel Marina Caribe is a beautiful five star hotel development on the exquisite Caribbean island of Margarita. The new hotel is going to be one of the best in the southern Caribbean, and situated in one of the islands most popular areas. With the marina oppositive, the hotel is perfectly located for island hoppers looking to spend a some time enjoying the local bars, restaurants, clubs and casinos.
Investors have the opportunity to purchase their very own suite, and in doing so they the value of the suite dictates their shareholding in the complete hotel complex. With anticipated returns of 20%+ per annum, and through either a direct purchase or SIPP, this really is a superb investment.
At MI we have been excited by this one already. We only just launched this morning and already seeing a steady flow of enquiries. Check out this great investment further by visiting www.millionaire-investments.com, where you can download the full portfolio.

10 ways of becoming a Millionaire!
The crazy one's...
Rob a bank
Because security is now so sophisticated, bank robbery is not so easy unless your are Catherine Zita or Sean Connery. It has now come back with a vengeance this year, and the only qualification you need is to be an ex bank chief exec.
Marry a rich celebrity
Celebs and sports stars are a good bet. Find out where they hang out, put on your best gear and pretend your either good in bed or a loaded heir or heiress to a fortune. It helps if you haven't got a face like a bag of chisels.
Invent something
Find something that everyone wants to buy. It could be a remote control that enables you to become the ultimate couch potato. OK, it does the TV, music and lights but that's been done already. Perhaps it could update your Twitter, answer the phone, check your stocks and shares, wake you up at midday, text your friends and of course order the pizza. Don't forget the automatic entrance door opener and mechanical pooch to bring the pizza so you don't have to get out of the pit.
Internet scam
Pretend you are are the daughter of a Nigerian general who has recently deceased, and you need someone to look after your millions. When those millions of stupid people reply with their bank details you can rob them blind. Or you could sell a new form of viagra that enables someone to pitch a tent for three weeks.
Big brother contestant
If you are slightly deranged, look like you do not belong on this planet, a gender that know one has heard of before or simply looking to become a star for a few weeks, the tabloids will pay you lots of money for a story that they think is interesting for people whos daily outfit doesn't include a straight jacket.
Blackmail a millionaire
Follow lots of millionaire business men around all day long, when you find one who is cheating on his wife, threaten to tell her unless he sends you a large amount of money. Or better still, if his wife is messing about blackmail them both.
Now for the sensible one's...
Start your own business, and work bloody hard for about five years or more
Lots of people become very wealthy because they work hard at building a successful business. In my opinion the internet is now the place for modern day entrepreneurs to create something special that other people find very useful. If you are good at something already, turn it into a business.
Stocks and shares
Find yourself a good broker, study the markets hard and spread your risk. You will need reasonable capital to start off and a lot of patience. The market is increasing, but don't look for the quick fix. I have a friend who started with £10K and made over a million. Unfortunately lost it all on spread betting. Don't get hooked!
Buy lots of high quality low priced property
As I run Millionaire Investments I had to put this one in. But property is at its lowest prices globally for at least five years. You can also get amazing cash back deals or rental guarantees. If you have a pension that isn't doing much, put some commercial property into it. You can now buy overseas hotel rooms as part of a SIPP. Lots of opportunities to create wealth from a well planned property portfolio. After all most of the world's wealthy may have created initial wealth through business, but many have increased their wealth dramatically through building a property portfolio.
OK, that's only nine, so if anyone has any other ideas on how to become a millionaire please respond, no matter how ridiculous you think they might be.
Good luck!

Commercial Property enquiries on the increase
In the past few weeks our MI network has seen a dramatic increase in enquiries for commercial property. The still weak pound is the main reason, and of course the ability to buy at a lower price. This will have a big impact on commercial property ownership in the UK, with many properties be sold to overseas buyers.
On our site we have had over £500M of enquiries for commercial assets, and buyers are looking to increase their portfolios to include higher yield returns, some of these reach 12-13% / year. I think residential agents will need to diversify their portfolio towards commercial.
There has been talk that commercial property will be hit harder because of businesses folding more frequently, but I personally do not believe this as the UK's growth in the new commercial stock has dwindled over the past few years, so the demand will come back with the economy. Also new entrepreneurial businesses which is a typical result of a recession, will also require premises. Given these reasons, I believe the commercial property market will be just as strong in recovery as residential.

What kind of deals suit property investors in 2009
Property Investment is now back on the agenda for many, and as a marketer and owner of www.millionaire-investments.com we have certainly noticed the market shifting, and property entrepeneurs are certainly enquiring and buying. I believe this momentum will increase as confidence grows in the economies of the world.
I believe the most important change in the market is the huge amount of repossessed and distressed assets, and you only have to search the internet for 'repossessed and distressed' to see the abundance of cheap property available. My concern for some of these distressed owners is the quality of what is being sold. Over the past sixteen years of high volume sales, the demand has influenced some less than inspiring developments being constructed, and I believe that serious investors will be drawn towards the quality end of the market. After all repossessed and distressed property opportunities aren't only reserved for the grey concrete block apartment overlooking the med.
